Marketing Administrative Coordinator

An exciting opportunity to join a company in Essex is available for an experienced Marketing and Administration Coordinator. The successful candidate must be able to provide a broad range of administrative duties to support the operations, sales and marketing functions of the company as directed by the Vice President Operations and Marketing Administrations at the Sales and Marketing HQ for the company. The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President in a professional and responsive manner, covering a variety of duties.
  • Review the documentation for customer credit applications for complete and current financial data.
  • Assist in preparing container lease offers for presentation to customers.
  • Provide detailed reports and presentations of sales revenue, sales volume, equipment availability and status of customer requests for quotation.
  • Provide factory and used equipment inventory by geographic location.
  • Coordinate notices to customers with the legal department.
  • pro actively review expiring customer contracts and provide senior management of potential financial exposure.
  • Respond to local and international customers requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize Excel, Word and PowerPoint effectively and efficiently to carry out the duties of the position.
  • Create and maintain orderly files for all assigned projects and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish the tasks that have been assigned.
  • Be open to shifting priorities and updates to instructions.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Vice President.

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative or support role with similar duties. Keen attention to detail at all times. Strong skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook. Must also have strong presentation skills including graphs and charts. A pleasant personality with a willingness to learn and collaborate.
